Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your furniture you have 14 days to decide if you wish to return it. If so we will arrange to collect the goods from you at a cost of £30.00  which will be deducted from your refund.

Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within 30 days. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well using clear tape to seal any boxes and ensure all item(s) have not been assembled. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses, which have been opened and slept on, cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

For an exchange we must be contacted within 14 days of the delivery, the product must come back in the same condition it was delivered in having not been assembled and the exchange charge and cost of the new item and exchange fee will need to be paid prior to delivery and once the returned item has been inspected a refund of the product returned will be issued within 30 days of return of the goods.
