2. How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept most forms of payment. The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. If you do not want to use your credit/debit card on the internet, we can also process credit card payments over the phone; please call 0161 273 1909 with the product details and have your card details to hand.
3. How secure are my credit/debit card details?
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption.
4. How long will delivery take on my order?
Each product on our website is dispatch next day - Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a call from our 2 man delivery service to arrange a delivery. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
5. What will delivery of my item(s) cost me?
We offer free delivery on all orders provided you have an address on the UK mainland.
6. Can you deliver outside mainland UK?
At the moment we are unable to deliver outside mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight are not possible at this time.
